There is danger from all men. The only maxim of a free government ought to be to trust no man living with power to endanger the public liberty.

Note to out of state lawyers

The Mississippi Supreme Court has waived admission requirements for attorneys who would like to serve as

volunteers for our program to provide legal assistance pro bono to Katrina disaster victims in Mississippi.

You don't want to miss it. It's like never seeing the Grand Canyon. The devastation and despair must be seen to be

believed. You'll be glad you did. Contact the lovely and helpful folks at our state bar to volunteer your time and resources.

If you can't come to the coast, you can do it from home, via telephone.
