I, _______________________________, (print name) do hereby give TIA/ThisisAmerica the irrevocable right to use my name, picture, or photograph in all forms and in all media and in manners, without any restriction, and I waive any right to inspect or approve the photograph(s) or finished version(s) incorporating the audiotape, videotape, and photograph(s), including written copy that may be created and appear in connection therewith. I agree that TIA/ThisisAmerica owns the copyright to the photographs, film or videotape and I hereby waive any claims that I may have based on any usage of the photographs, film or videotape or works derived there from, including but not limited to claims for either invasion of privacy or libel. I am of full age and competent to sign this release. I agree that this release shall be binding on me, my legal representative, heirs, and assigns. I have read this release and am fully familiar with its contents. I further confirm my understanding that neither the University of Texas, Texas A & M, the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, Tyler Junior College, City of Jefferson, Texas, nor the City of Natchez, Mississippi are the originator(s) of this project nor should or any person, corporation, municipality, or planet that has kindly permitted the Current Constitutional Applications Project, or TIA/ThisisAmerica to film on the premises be held responsible in any way for the content within.
I understand that if I contribute documentary or other video footage, song lyrics, or music to "Would that I Could Hold You" (CCAP Greatest Hits /Family Album -Volume 1), or anything else, that I will never be paid for anything, by anyone, never, ever, ever. No royalties, no reruns, no scale for actors, nada. I am an amateur (for the love of it). I hereby stipulate that this agreement is the entire agreement between the parties, and must be admitted into evidence should a dispute arise, or if I am ever cursed with dread pestilence for disclosing information on innocent minors involved and/or their families.
I have been advised to be discreet and mannerly to all public officials, servile in whatever capacity, and to never say that I was not warned that some of these people could hurt my feelings or my little body. No sniveling, its unbecoming.
