Who Are We?
There is danger from all men. The only maxim of a free government ought to
be to trust no man living with power to endanger the public liberty.

To those who have been asked if they would like to participate in the Current Constitutional Applications Project, or would consent to be interviewed on audiotape or videotape for One
World
is an independent film project currently being produced in English and
Spanish. Many of the interviews are taped via telephone. An internet published
edition will be, at least initially, entirely audio. Eventually, we hope to
publish also video. The pilot
serves as a template for other citizens to produce segments on his/her
respective country, or state, to be included in future editions. It is our
hope that this will be The People’s Programme. We will but edit and produce
and minimally contribute to future editions. In the
pilot template, we hope to teach the viewer who would like to learn, how to
write a simple storyboard and film video, how to write music to score your
segment, who to interview, and how. As an individual, a community, or a
family. Sort of a shade tree redneck Renaissance.
One
World
hopes to provide thoughtful and educational family interactive
entertainment that promotes wholesome, healthy values and broadens
perspectives. It explores law, history, ethics, music, religion, education,
entertainment, gender, natural medicine, and family life in contemporary
society throughout the world. One
World
invites the viewer to contribute to content and participate in its
analysis. It
will be a learning experience for all of us. The value of sharing what you
have learned, what is fair, what works. That
is why it is called
TIA, Spanish for “Aunt”. It is true that if you make friends for a long time, you have useful and edifying connections everywhere, to share irrespective of background, yours or theirs.
One component of Tia! is the Current Constitutional Applications Project, with six projects in pre-production. The CCAP is a citizens’ faith based initiative that seeks to demonstrate what the average citizen can do in real life to make a significant contribution to preservation of freedom in America, by defending the United States Constitution, by living as free citizens. It is being serialized for submission to National Public Radio, Telemundo, and to the BBC. We'd really love do a satellite radio production, since if affords greater freedom. The first
edition, Welcome
to Texas!
, is currently being transcribed into book format
for submission to Public
Affairs, a non-fiction
publishing house with a commitment to First Amendment freedoms. [I] It
is hoped that
Welcome
to Texas!,
will be the first of new genre, SatRSoap. Does SatRsoap stand for
satire soap, satellite radio soap, satellite reality soap? Satellite satire
reality radio soap? You decide. Our first
Current Constitutional Applications Project (Copyright 2002),
Welcome to Texas!, involves a real -life ongoing multi-state
criminal conspiracy, with names and fact situations [ii]
changed to protect innocents. A
fugitive who was on America’s Most Wanted and the
FBI’s Most Wanted Fugitives web page, for sexual assault of a
child, is thought to be at large in Texas or Mexico. Actually, he is not very
large, but awfully skinny[iii].
Welcome
to Texas!
explores how the average American citizen can give meaningful
support to the efforts of honest law enforcement officials to apprehend
criminals, and what can be done by the average citizen, mechanically, to
preserve rights of due process of law and equal protection under the law. Welcome
to Texas!
involves state and federal witness intimidation, Obstruction of justice by a
judge, criminal charges of attempted murder by poisoning, Aggravated Incest,
and perhaps very poor judgment by an FBI agent.[iv]
It examines motive as basis for culpability. Welcome
to Texas!
rivals anything for sordid, proving the old adage that life is stranger than
fiction.
Texas is
the last free place in these United States. However, we’ve never met an area
of the world that we didn’t delight in exploring its history, architecture,
and landscape, and talking with, and listening to its people.
Some
of us haven’t just met even
ourselves It’s
about being a friend to people you don’t know like
yourself (Yoo-hoooo……. I know you’re in there) Oriented
towards the most original and creative one
Common
ground Uncommon ground, Higher
ground What
helps….what hurts,
what heals Its
overriding concern is Like Merle said, “We
like living’ right, and being free”
I don’t
know what you know that is interesting, and I don’t want to say too much
about my opinions of Texas or anything else, as it will influence your
spontaneity. All
interviewees will sign a release for publication. If your comments are
extraordinarily controversial, you can notify us of your desire ahead of
filming, and if you like, we can transfer your interview to a VHS tape so that
you can take it home and watch your interview.
The release
for publication for controversial interviewees states that you may decide that
you think your interview is unflattering, and that you do not want it used on TIA-This
is America!
In that case, we just
hand you the videotape, and say “thanks“. If you want something removed,
you can edit by giving us a timed/phrase “in cue” and “out cue” for
what you want omitted. This format has allowed max spontaneity; no one wants
to listen to drivel, nor to fear an unethical editor with a nasty little
agenda. This special offer is not extended to criminals currently committing
state and federal felonies, their families, or employees of a criminal
enterprise. We cannot
promise that we will use your interview. An old
trial trick is to have the witness prepare the questions, so he can give the
answers. Our best segments so far have been filmed without us even being
there, showing we are really unnecessary. I have my ten-year-old daughter show
you how to use the camera, and we’re off! We will be
in touch to begin scheduling segments for filming again next week. Thanks. Bay Israel Chitrikar Keller

Format Family
Album Each
programme will have a segment featuring one family, called “Family
Album”, with parent(s) who prioritized and used originality and
creativity to allow all family members to realize their potential for good.
Sometimes a single parent that has raised a fine son or daughter. Families who
support each other’s personal growth, and individual and collective
contributions to our world. Families that seek to live as good citizens in
their communities, and that love one another. Parents that have fought to
defend their children’s right to opportunity. Are
there other examples?
My
interest in the law is restricted mostly to Constitutional issues, as we have
five children. It has been my experience as an attorney that the citizen juror
as they grapple with what is fair from his/her individual perspective is often
far more interesting than is the expert witness or jurist. [i] This paragraph was added in December 2004, as were the animated movie and satellite radio options, as increasingly unbelievable events evolved. [ii] In order to protect CCAP from libel lawsuits, we have to include the names of perpetrators, as they certainly are newsworthy and numerous. Most of the victims and/or their parents have also requested that real names be used. They are not ashamed of who they are. They are much more than the criminal actions of their relatives. While the suffering they experienced was painful, it was also refining, deepening, and clarifying, and ultimately character building. Prior to attempting suicide at age 14, the sexual assault victim told one of the lawyers involved “If only it [what she had experienced] could mean something, if it could help someone else”, meaning someone who was undergoing the same pain, shame, guilt, powerlessness, humiliation and loss of reputation that she was experiencing. In November of 2001, the mom of the kid called the FBI Agent in charge of the warrant for Unlawful Interstate Flight to Avoid Prosecution, after the child attempted suicide five years after the assault. Special Agent Nathan Songer, of Monroe, Louisiana said, “I wonder why she did that?” The mom said, “It’s what her grandfather did to her, Nathan!” He said, “Well, something must be bothering her.” The Baton Rouge area mom said that she felt like screaming, and if she had it would have been heard around the world. May that child’s scream, and mine, be heard around the world. If Tessa Hoggatt Allbritton, a pharmacist in Haughton, Louisiana and Donna Hoggatt Rombs of Alvin, Texas, nieces of the sex offender are to be believed, Wilton Hoggatt and Mamae Hoggatt told the FBI Agent “everything they were doing to assist the fugitive, and the FBI Agent told Wilton Hoggatt and Mamae Hoggatt that nothing would ever happen to them for sending the fugitive money or assisting his interstate flight to avoid prosecution, if he quit sending payments for the 80 the fugitive exchanged for their assistance. Mamae Hoggatt, now deceased, was the sister of the fugitive. Rombs and Allbritton have inherited each 1/3 of their mother’s interest in the real property. According to Donna Rombs, mother of the author of , the “FBI agent” said, “What kind of son would turn his own father in to the FBI?” In all fairness, there are some folks who wonder what kind of FBI agent would assist the enablers. But to answer Mr. Songer’s purported question, “a righteous man who loved his child.”
[iii] This format page has been updated. It was originally written in 2001-2002, when the fugitive was at large, after the suicide attempt by the sexual assault victim, and after the assault and battery committed against Ethan Hoggatt in Louisiana on the premises owned by Wilton Hoggatt. The unsuspecting nature of the parents and their children allowed events to unfold in a such a way as served to highlight the duplicity, concerted action, and criminal intent of the perpetrators.
